Plenty of contact detail via text with phone numbers etc. Although advised a number of times that the pick up was 17.30 our taxi arrived at 16.45 with no prior warning; fortunately we were waiting in reception. This may have been due prior knowledge on the day as during the journey we noted heavy traffic possibly due to rush hour. More than happy to use again
