Trip to apartment was fine, but we needed to go to different address to pick up keys. The driver did not speak English and was very unhelpful. He put me in touch with a person from the company who spoke some English and it was going to cost an additional €90 to pick up the keys. As first time tourists in the resort, I found both driver and company unhelpful and unsympathic to helping me find a solution to my problem. Decision was made for driver to bring us to apartment where we we were left to try to resolve issue ourselves - again with no help, advice or direction from the driver.
