I booked two transfers to and from Catania airport. The drivers were friendly, helpful and on time. The cars were clean and spacious. The details of the trip including the driver's phone number were provided before the trip. Confirmation of the driver was given a couple of days before the trip as opposed to at the time of booking. However, both my trips did confirm and I found the whole process very smooth compared to other transfers I have had.
