I was disappointed that the transfer was over an hour late. Apparently there was a problem with our arranged taxi and we were asked to stand in a long taxi queue for people who had not arranged a transfer. Thankfully, the company did their best to arrange a replacement although it was an hour later. The driver was very friendly and apologised, he advised that we would be refunded, however, this has not yet happened. I assume this was a one off incident and I would not let it affect me using the company in the future.
