I initially complained about our pick up from Kephalonia airport as after sending detailed instructions to Kiwitaxi (at their request) re the address and how to get our holiday accommodation in Fiskardo, the bus driver that meet us upon our arrival had no idea where we were going and spoke no English. He got help from another man - his boss I think who said "the office often don't pass on the address" So I thinking this was a one off. I then get an email to say the we were correctly going to be picked up on Wednesday 16th at our address in Fiskardo to go directly to the Airport. I emailed back asking why they hadn't followed my instructions made shortly after the initial booking which were we were to go to Sami en route to the Airport as we had to return scooters there. I then received a new price after being told it wouldn't cost anymore for Euro 125. I sent an email and asked to be rung. I am now furious! I then phone the number of the driver on your instructions to learn that he does not reside in Kephalonia and he was in Rhodes?? I naturally think who am I dealing with? A girl with a Russian phone number phoned saying this was a new quote from the Greek provider. I explained that this was not as agreed originally as Kiwitaxi said it shouldn't cost more than the Euro 90 quoted. I questioned why it cost another Euro 35 to the original as the distance to The Airport via Sami was not a lot more according to Fiscardo locals. She said with the deposit I had already paid we would only have to pay Euro 101. I asked her to confirm this by email which she said she would. Nothing arrived. So yesterday the .minibus arrived and did as requested going through Sami,etc. when we get to the Airport we are asked for Euro 125. We argued that it was Euro 101 but he was not budging as his boss said it was Euro 125. The girl with the Russian phone number said ring her back if there was an issue but for me to call that from my NZ number from Greece would cost more so I paid it. So how do I rate your expensive service...it is so poor it is unrateable and I am really concerned you use the name Kiwitaxi as your service is an embarrassment to all Kiwis.
